Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern access to StreamVerse Connect. By creating an account or using platform features, you agree to follow these Terms and applicable laws. You must be legally capable of entering this agreement. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or guardian must authorize your use.
Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Impersonation, deceptive identities, purchased metrics, or deliberately misleading profile information are prohibited.
Creators, developers, and studios
Creator accounts may discover and apply for opportunities, communicate with developers, manage coverage, and present performance information. Developer accounts may publish verified games and campaigns, distribute authorized keys, review applications, and communicate with creators. StreamVerse Connect may request verification of identity, studio affiliation, game ownership, or publishing authorization.
Campaigns and honest coverage
Developers must clearly state the game, offer type, reward, deliverables, deadlines, regions, platforms, key quantity, disclosure requirements, and other material conditions. Creators must review and follow accepted campaign requirements. Payment or access can compensate work and time, but may never require a positive opinion, predetermined score, or misleading endorsement.
Acceptance into one campaign does not guarantee future offers. Discovery and matching may consider relevance, language, content style, audience interests, reliability, and fair rotation.
Game keys and access
Keys may only be supplied by users authorized to distribute them. Creators may not sell, trade, duplicate, or misuse keys unless the campaign expressly permits transfer. Developers must not knowingly provide invalid, stolen, revoked, or misleading access. StreamVerse Connect does not guarantee that every key or external game service will remain available.
Subscriptions, creator payments, and donations
Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, taxes, processing costs, refunds, and cancellation rights must be displayed before a real purchase. Until StreamVerse Connect introduces a verified marketplace payout system, creator payments are agreements between creators and developers, and both parties are responsible for documenting the agreed amount, currency, due date, and payment method.
Donations supporting StreamVerse Connect are optional and do not purchase ranking or special campaign treatment. Charity campaigns must identify a verified charity and keep their destination clearly separate from platform support. Charity functionality remains unavailable until those details are completed.
Prohibited conduct
You may not harass users; distribute malware; scrape private information; manipulate rankings or metrics; spam; impersonate others; infringe intellectual property; publish illegal, fraudulent, discriminatory, or deceptive campaigns; evade enforcement; or use StreamVerse Connect to distribute unauthorized keys or payments.
User content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant StreamVerse Connect a limited permission to host, display, format, and distribute that content only as needed to operate and promote the platform and its listings. You confirm that you hold the rights required to upload studio logos, game artwork, trailers, profile images, links, campaign materials, and other content.
StreamVerse Connect branding, interface, and original platform materials remain owned by the eventual StreamVerse Connect legal operator. Final business ownership details must be inserted before launch.
Reports, moderation, and termination
StreamVerse Connect may review reports and remove content, restrict features, pause campaigns, suspend accounts, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate suspected violations, comply with law, or secure the service. Users should be told the reason where appropriate and given a reasonable appeal route before public launch.
Service availability and disclaimers
The prototype is provided for demonstration and may contain illustrative data, unavailable features, or errors. StreamVerse Connect does not currently guarantee uninterrupted availability, campaign results, creator performance, game quality, payment, key validity, audience growth, or business outcomes. Final warranty limitations and liability language require professional legal review for the jurisdictions served.
Privacy and personal information
StreamVerse Connect will need a separate Privacy Policy explaining what personal information is collected, why it is used, how long it is retained, service providers, international transfers, cookies, security, and user rights. Do not enable real public accounts until those details and the responsible data controller are identified.
Changes to these Terms
Material changes should be announced before taking effect. Continued use after an effective date may constitute acceptance where permitted, but users should be asked to accept important changes when necessary.
Operator, governing law, and contact
The legal operator, business address, registration information, governing law, dispute process, and formal contact email have not yet been finalized. These must be inserted before public launch. Prototype questions can currently be sent through the StreamVerse Connect contact form.
