Request account or data deletion
You can ask StreamVerse Connect to delete your account and personal information by emailing contact@streamverseconnect.com.
Use a subject such as Account Deletion Request or Personal Data Deletion Request so the request can be identified clearly.
You can request deletion of your entire account, or ask about deletion of specific personal information associated with your account.
What to include
To help us locate the correct account, please provide enough information to identify it. This may include:
- The email address associated with your StreamVerse Connect account.
- Your StreamVerse Connect username or display name.
- Whether you use a creator, developer, studio, or other account type.
- Whether you want the entire account deleted or are asking about specific personal data.
Do not send your password, authentication tokens, Twitch password, or other sensitive login credentials.
We may need to verify the request
Before deleting account information, we may need to take reasonable steps to confirm that the request comes from the account owner.
This is intended to prevent another person from falsely requesting deletion of your account or personal information.
The verification required will depend on the account and the information involved. We will not ask you to send your password.
What happens when an account is deleted
When an account-deletion request is completed, we will remove or anonymize personal information associated with the account where deletion is appropriate and technically possible.
This may include account details, profile information, creator information, media-kit information, Community messages, connected-account information, and other personal data associated with the account.
Public StreamVerse Connect profile and media-kit information associated with the deleted account should no longer remain available through the account after deletion is completed.
Copies that were previously shared, cached, indexed, screenshotted, or stored by third parties may remain outside StreamVerse Connect's direct control.
Information we may need to retain
Deletion does not always mean that every piece of information can be removed immediately or in every circumstance.
Limited information may be retained when reasonably necessary for purposes such as:
- Complying with legal obligations.
- Responding to legal claims or disputes.
- Preventing fraud, abuse, or serious security incidents.
- Maintaining records of significant moderation or security actions where necessary.
- Temporary technical backups that are removed or overwritten through normal system processes.
Any retained information should remain limited to what is reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.
Twitch and connected services
StreamVerse Connect currently supports Twitch-connected features. Deleting your StreamVerse Connect account does not delete your Twitch account or information held directly by Twitch.
If you have connected Twitch, account deletion will include handling StreamVerse Connect's stored Twitch-connected information as described in our Privacy Policy, subject to any information that must legitimately be retained.
TikTok integration is planned but is not currently active.
