Practical disclosure — requires final legal and technical review before full public launch.

This page explains how StreamVerse Connect currently uses browser storage and how future optional cookies or analytics should be handled.

01

Overview

StreamVerse Connect may use cookies, browser local storage, session storage and similar technologies to operate the platform, maintain authenticated sessions, remember preferences and protect the service.

Some storage is technically necessary for the platform to function and does not exist primarily for advertising or behavioral tracking.

02

Essential storage

Essential storage may be used for functions including:

  • keeping users signed in;
  • maintaining secure authentication sessions;
  • remembering temporary interface state;
  • protecting account and platform security;
  • maintaining navigation or login return destinations;
  • preventing abuse or repeated unauthorized actions.

Because these functions are necessary to provide the service, disabling them may prevent StreamVerse Connect from working correctly.

03

Authentication and session storage

StreamVerse Connect currently uses Supabase authentication and related browser storage to maintain signed-in sessions.

Authentication data may include session tokens, refresh tokens, account identifiers and expiry information needed to keep a user securely signed in.

Users should not manually share authentication tokens or session information with other people.

The built-in StreamVerse Community uses your StreamVerse Connect session. Logging in stays within StreamVerse Connect, and Community does not require a separate community-service account or a separate shared-login flow.

04

Preferences and interface state

StreamVerse Connect may store limited browser-side information to remember interface settings, return destinations or temporary workflow state.

This information is used to improve continuity of the user experience and is not intended to build advertising profiles.

05

Analytics and optional measurement

StreamVerse Connect should not place non-essential analytics, advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies without first determining whether consent or another legal basis is required.

If optional analytics are introduced, this page should be updated to explain:

  • which provider is used;
  • what information is collected;
  • the purpose of the analytics;
  • how long information is retained;
  • whether data is transferred internationally;
  • how users can accept, reject or withdraw consent.
06

Third-party services

Third-party services integrated with StreamVerse Connect may use their own cookies or storage when users interact with those services.

Current or expected services may include:

  • Supabase for authentication and backend infrastructure;
  • Cloudflare for hosting, delivery and security services;
  • connected social, creator or streaming platforms where users choose to authenticate or interact with those services;

Those providers may have their own privacy and cookie practices. Their policies should be reviewed separately where applicable.

07

Your browser controls

Most browsers allow users to delete stored site data, block cookies or restrict storage through browser settings.

Removing essential StreamVerse Connect session storage may sign you out or cause parts of the platform to stop working until a new session is created.

If StreamVerse Connect later introduces optional cookies requiring consent, users should be provided with an in-platform method to accept or reject those cookies and change their preference later.
